IPlanner, a major global IT outsourcing services company, celebrates 13 years on the local market with stable growth in revenues and employees in the past several years in its delivery centers worldwide locations. The company has further plans of expanding the local team, having approximately 100 positions open that it expects to fill in few years, and is currently searching for IT support specialists, analysts, software developers, testers, helpdesk technicians and project coordinators. IPlanner opened its first office in United States in 2003, in Dallas, which is the company’s main center in North America, followed by the one in Asia, in 2008, which is mainly specialized in IT support services.

Over the 10 years on the local market, IPlanner delivered Several IT projects for companies in various industries, the top three industries for IPlanner’s outsourcing services including pharma, manufacturing and professional services. The employees in the two centers in Texas currently deliver IT services for companies in several countries, especially USA and Asia. Regarding the services offered, service projects represent 60% of IPlanner’s total business in US and Asia, followed by application development services (30%), while 10% of the business is represented by infrastructure services. “In 2014 we added a significant number of new customers over 10 new companies, while managing to keep our existing ones. We continue to see potential in manufacturing and we expect the growth to continue at a similar pace by our Service Delivery Senior Director, IPlanner Asia.

The company’s recruitment activities include approximately 3,000 interviews per year, out of which 15%-20% finalize with employment of the candidates. Most of the employees currently working at IPlanner USA are represented by application developers working in the delivery center and 20% by management staff.

As for the career path within the company, the average time for an entry-level specialist to reach the next level is between 12 and 18 months, while first level technicians have 2 grades which they can step from the initial entry-level position, the first one being after only 6 months.
